During the 2025 Eisteddfod an appointed photographer will be taking photos at competitions and events.
All competitors are required to complete a Media Release Form for 2025.
All competitors performing at an Eisteddfod Competition need to complete a Copyright Declaration form.
This is a legal requirement.
Please either print and fill out the Copyright form below and present it at the Booking In Desk on the day of your performance:

2025 Copyright Declaration Form
The 2025 Form required competitors to fill out a new form for each section they have entered.
The copyright Form needs to include information for each piece that is being performed including:
1.The Title of the piece (including any cataloguing information)
2.The name of the composer
In addition to ticking the appropriate boxes:
1. Performer’s Declaration,
2. Making a temporary copy for an adjudicator or examiner,
3. Making a temporary copy for an accompanist.
